Our Story

When you work with Hook and Ladder Realty, you work with a broker that has

your best interests in mind. Bill Has sold over 2,500 homes in the past 20

years as a REALTOR.

The son of missionary parents, Bill graduated from Riverview High School in

1977. He attended the University of Florida and has served as a local

firefighter for over 25 years. Bill is also a longstanding member of the Bayside

Community Church and an avid supporter of the Walking in Love ministries.

This non-profit ministry is helping to change lives in Nigeria by building

schools, orphanages and hospitals as well as supporting a leprosy colony and

feeding the widows in the area. We also help drill wells, so the people can

have access to clean water.

Bill's first real estate investment was a home he purchased in 1980. After a

few years, he sold it to a family at his church. Bill was hooked on real estate

and has been investing ever since that time. Bill attributes success to a belief

that businesses can continually improve and that community is important.

A father first, Bill has three children and a beautiful granddaughter. He is

blessed to live in Sarasota and enjoys cooking and entertaining. He is a fan of

the Florida Gators, Dallas Cowboys, and Baltimore Orioles.
